- Daily Reporting and Secretarial Support: Report directly to the Chairman, offering comprehensive secretarial support. This includes organizing and preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Calendar and Appointment Management: Organize and manage the Chairman’s calendar. Arrange and coordinate both internal and external business meetings as well as social events.
- Project Assistance: Support the Chairman in corporate, business, and investment-related activities. Responsibilities include record-keeping, liaising, coordinating schedules, monitoring projects, and conducting research and analysis.
- Event Participation: Accompany the Chairman and family at both local and overseas functions and trips.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Assist the Chairman in various ad-hoc tasks, including but not limited to managing tendering projects.
- High Profile Meeting Coordination: Conduct and organize meetings with high-profile personalities.
- Flexibility: Be prepared for field work, overtime, and flexible working hours as required by the role.
